These are a flavorful twist on an American classic!
Ingredients
1 Large Sweet Potato
2 TSP Pur Spices Masala Paste
1 TBSP Tandoori Masala
Olive Oil
Lime Juice
Salt
Cilantro
For the Sauce
1/2 C Greek Yogurt
1/2 TSP Curry Powder
1/2 TSP Dill
Method:
Cut potato into fries and toss with oil, masala paste, tandoori masala, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
For the dip, mix together the yogurt, curry powder, and dill.
Serve!
