A romantic, creamy, dreamy ice cream!
Ingredients:
8oz mascarpone cheese
6-8 oz condensed milk depending on desired taste
16oz heavy cream
2 tbs rose water
1tsp Milk Masala
Method:
Beat mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until combined
Add cream, rose water and Milk Masala, beat until stiff
Spoon into a airtight freezer container, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving
