Sweet, spicy, perfectly charred and totally addictive!
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
1.5 tbs olive oil
Honey to taste
Harissa to taste
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 425 F
Toss sliced Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper
Place Brussels sprouts cut side down on pan (we suggest using a cast iron skillet if you have one)
Cook in oven for roughly 30 minutes flipping Brussels sprouts half way through
While cooking, mix honey and original harissa in a bowl (adjust ingredients to your liking)
Once Brussels sprouts are crisp to your liking, take out of oven and immediately toss them in the honey harissa mixture
Top with pomegranate seeds
