This sauce comes is perfect for whatever pasta you have on hand, great for a busy weeknight!
Ingredients:
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1tbs olive oil
28oz can Marzano tomatoes
Harissa to taste
Method:
Saute onion, red pepper, and 3 cloves of garlic in olive oil until soft
Add one can of Marzano tomatoes
Add in Harissa to taste
Simmer for about 30 minutes, longer if you have time, breaking down the tomatoes as they cook
Add salt to taste
