Easy, spicy and full of flavor dinner!

Ingredients
1 - 3/4 pound salmon filet
Olive oil
Green Chutney blend
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1-2 teaspoons Mint Harissa - to taste
1 chopped green onion
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
Arugula
2 Steak Rolls
Method
To prepare salmon - Coat generously with Pur Spices Green Chutney blend. Pan sear in olive oil until cooked through. (May be grilled or baked in the oven as well.)
Remove salmon from pan onto a plate.
Allow to cool and flake into pieces.
While salmon is cooling, mix ingredients from yogurt through salt in a medium sized bowl.
Add a large handful of arugula and flaked salmon to the yogurt mixture.
Mix until coated.
Lightly toast the inside of rolls in the same pan as the salmon.
You might want to add a bit more Green Chutney and olive oil to the pan in order to season the bun lightly with the spices.
Assemble roll and enjoy!
