Pieces of paneer marinated in spices and sautéed with peppers & onions and layered onto a warm, golden-brown paratha with a green chutney yogurt sauce.
Makes 5-6 wraps

Ingredients
5 frozen parathas
1 cubed block of paneer
1/2 sliced green pepper
1/2 sliced red pepper
1/4 sliced red onions
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp green chutney powder + 2 tsp yogurt
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/3 cup yogurt
fresh cilantro
fresh lime juice
pickled onions
chaat powder
Method:
In a bowl, mix together 1/3 cup of yogurt, salt, turmeric, chili powder, ginger/garlic, lime juice, and garam masala. Mix in the paneer and set aside.
Heat up some oil and sauté peppers and onions until softened. Add in the paneer mixture and cook for 4-6 minutes or until some turn golden brown.
Cook parathas for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Mix together green chutney powder with 2 tsp of yogurt. Spread chutney mixture on paratha. Add the paneer mixture.
Layer on the pickled onions, fresh cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
Top with some chaat powder and green chutney powder. A drizzle of red chutney works well here too. Enjoy!
