Perfectly spicy, flavorful, and topped with a chipotle sauce that will have your mouth watering!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
2tbs mayo
Chipotle fire to taste
salt to taste
1-1.5 lbs flank steak or skirt steak
2tbs olive oil
Lime, cilantro and avocado for garnish
Method:
Mix olive oil, Chipotle Fire and lime juice
Place steak in shallow glass pan and cover with marinade
Place in fridge and allow to sit for 2 hrs
Heat a skillet on medium high and add steak with marinade
Sear for approximately 5 minutes on each side
Let the steak rest on cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices
We served this bowl with cilantro lime cauliflower rice, sautéed peppers and onions, and some corn with black beans and avocado - Customize this bowl however you may like!
