A refreshing spiced-up cocktail!
Ingredients:
2 ounces Whiskey
1/2 ounce Chai Simple Syrup
Ginger Beer
Ice
Method: To make Chai Simple Syrup
Mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of PUR Spices Chai Masala in a small saucepan.
Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. It will take about 5 minutes.
Let cool completely and store in an air-tight container. *This will last about a month refrigerated.
This will make enough leftovers to try in more of your favorite cocktails or mocktails.
Fill your favorite cocktail glass with ice, add whiskey and simple syrup, and fill the rest of the glass with ginger beer.
Give the drink a quick stir to combine.
Garnish with a piece of crystallized ginger for a finishing touch.
