Carrot Halwa

This popular dessert can be made with just a few simple ingredients in less than 30 minutes. Carrot Halwa is typically eaten in the winter in India because that's when the gorgeous dark orangish red sweet carrots are in season. In the states, it's a dessert enjoyed year round and even a popular dish served in restaurants! It's the perfect novice Indian dessert to attempt at home and ours is extra special as it's lightly flavored with our Milk Masala blend. We hope you give it a try and enjoy!
