A simple recipe sure to help give you a boost energy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup apricot
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp Milk Masala
1-2 tbs liquid sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
Method:
In a food processor blend 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup apricot, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/2 tsp Milk Masala, and 1-2 tbs liquid sweetener (maple syrup or honey) into a paste
Form into bite size balls
These can be eaten right away, but we suggest letting them sit for an hour or so! Store in a airtight container.
